As part of this commitment, we have provided the information below to hopefully answer any questions you may have regarding our store policies and your protection as a shopper at Wee Little Sprouts. Secure Online Shopping
We understand and appreciate the potential security risks of making online credit card transactions, and we want to assure you that we strive to make our online ordering process secure. All credit card and other sensitive personal information is processed through USA ePay, a leader in internet payment processing services. Wee Little Sprouts verifies each credit card transaction using a standard authorization system that verifies each transaction as it occurs to ensure that all credit card information is correct, minimizing the potential for illegal use of an unauthorized card.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Wee Little Sprouts accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Sales Tax
Since we are located in California, all online orders shipped to a California address are subject to a 7.75% sales tax. For those of you who live outside of California, lucky you! You will not be charged sales tax for your online orders.

Our Return Policy
NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.

In-Store Purchases
We will gladly provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase with an original sales receipt for regular price items. Without a receipt, we will provide a store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returns after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee (50% of the original purchase price).

In-Store Exchanges
If you purchase any item at regular price in our store and find that you need a different size, just bring it back within 30 days of your original purchase date and we will gladly exchange it if for the correct size if it is still available.

Returns/Exchanges for Online Purchases and Telephone Orders
If you purchased the item online or ordered it by telephone at regular price, please email us right away at
customercare@weelittlesprouts.com and we will make things right. We will provide a Return Authorization Number to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund (excluding costs for shipping). Returns will only be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Items received after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee (50% of the original purchase price). Please include a copy of the original sale documentation and the Return Authorization Number with your return. Be sure to prepay shipping and insure the returned merchandise. Wee Little Sprouts will not be responsible for returns lost during shipping. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is not reimbursed. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive any item that has been damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us immediately at
customercare@weelittlesprouts.com. We will work with you to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Changing or Canceling an Order
If you need to make changes to or cancel your online order after receiving confirmation from us via email, please e-mail and/or call us immediately so we can revise or cancel your order. If you are emailing us, please include your name, address, phone number and order confirmation number. If you are calling, please have all of the above information handy when you call, we will be happy to help.

Availability
We are proud to carry many one-of-a-kind items at Wee Little Sprouts. Since we do carry such unique items, in some cases we may have a very limited number available. If there is something on our website that you would like that does not appear to be available in a particular size or number (such as matching sets for siblings), we are sometimes able to take a custom order for the item. Please give us a call or send us an email with your request and we will be happy to help. Please note that we do our best to ensure that our inventory is updated daily.

Other Legal Stuff
All prices and availability are subject to change. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that some items will be in stock.

However, if you really really want something and you don’t see it on our site or it shows up as sold out, please give us a call and we will see if we can find it for you, or at least steer you in the right direction. Whether it is purchased through us or somebody else, our main goal is to see that you are happy with your purchase.
