Transit Time

Most of our in-stock items ship out within 2 to 3 business days, however, some of our items are shipped directly from the designer or manufacturer and this is noted in the item description. Orders placed on weekends or during holiday closures will be shipped out within the next two to three business days. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you via email. There are no extra shipping charges for backordered shipments. Your credit card will not be charged until your shipment leaves the warehouse. If you are really in a hurry and need an item the next day, we must receive your order by noon Pacific Time to guarantee next day arrival and you must also call us at 1-877 Go to WLS (468-6957) and we will confirm if the item is instock and if you will receive it the next business day. Express shipping is only available within continental United States. Express shipping is not available for oversize items.

For international shipments, please contact us at customercare@weelittlesprouts.com and provide the items you are interested in purchasing, and the address and telephone number of the shipping address and we will provide a shipping quote to you. Wee Little Sprouts is not responsible for custom fees and/or import duty charges; the costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Method

UPS is our preferred method of shipment with the following delivery options – Ground, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver. There are additional shipping charges for Saturday delivery; if you request Saturday delivery, a shipping estimate will be provided to you via email. We also ship USPS for particular orders at our discretion. UPS only ships to valid street addresses. Wee Little Sprouts only ships to valid street addresses. Shipping surcharges for oversized items are not included in the table above. The shipping charges for oversize items will be calculated after the order is received, and you will be notified via email. If you have questions about the shipping method you have chosen, please call us at 1-877 Go to WLS (468-6957) to confirm your shipment and delivery method. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will only be shipped via 3-day Air, and these rates will apply to all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. For USPS shipments, the USPS cannot guarantee delivery time, but Priority Mail typically arrives within 2 to 3 days. If the package is refused, rejected, or returned to Wee Little Sprouts for delivery failure, or the package is re-routed at the request of the receiver or due to an incorrect shipping address provided during order placement, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for all shipping charges incurred by our attempted delivery.
